Crafting
Kinds of pre-eminent products of bamboo crafting are:
farmer hat, hat, tray, lampshade, tissue box, fruit
plate, newspaper box and other kinds of bamboo souvenir.
This central industrial is located in Ringinagung
village, about 1,5 southwest to Magetan city.
Leather
Crafting
Leather crafting industry is focused in Sawo Street,
Selosari subdistrict, about 1 km to west side of Magetan
city.
This industry has produced various products such;
bag, purse, belt, and other souvenir kinds.
Gamelan Handicraft is traditional java music instrument (Gamelan) industry, which done by traditional equipments, but its result is amazing. This industry product had export to some countries in Europe continent. The centralization is done in Kauman village, Karangrejo about 14 km to east side of Magetan city.
Pamelo Orange has been known untill outside
East Java province. Magetan Orange with its Pamelo
and Srinyo orange type. Sentra orange crop is in Sukomoro
district and Bendo district to east side of Magetan
city. The great crop is take in April-Juni annually.
Batik
Sidomukti is a special garmen product
from Magetan. It has a unique motif different from
the other batik. It has two motifs, Pring Sedhapur
and Jeruk Pamelo. Its center is in Plaosan in the
west of Magetan.
For those who love gardening there is a center of
flowers such as orchid located in Tebon village, Barat
at the east of Magetan.
