Turba Condro cemeteries are located 1 km from the center of Jember. They are the burial places for Islam religious leaders like 'Mbah Shiddiq'. Mbah Shiddiq was the greatest Moslem leader who spread the religion of Islam in this area. According to the legend of Jember, the name of Jember was given by him, derived from "jembar" (means large). Mbah Shiddiq was one of Saichone Cholil's students of Madura. Many pilgrimages from Central Java and Western Java come to Jember after visiting Nine Walis' graves.
